Who we are…
Re:creation Group plc is a privately owned enterprise and was founded in 1998 by its current Managing Directors, Seth Bishop and Nick Joslin.
Following successful careers in high street retailing where they held senior executive and board level positions, the founding partners embarked on an entrepreneurial mission, with a vision to create a dynamic, free-thinking business exploiting opportunities driven by the ever changing aspirations of consumers and retailers.
Today, Re:creation is a successful sales, marketing and retail distribution business supplying retail organisations with products at the forefront of design innovation in lifestyle & leisure markets.
We offer brands that are leaders in their sector and introduce new categories that provide retailers with the potential to grow entirely incremental revenue streams.
Our brand portfolio embraces award-winning brands for consumers of all ages from child to adult and provides our trade partners with unique and profitable products.
What we do…
Our aim is to seek out innovation and originality wherever it may emerge. We identify new products and brands from around the world that can bring to retail companies exciting, on-trend merchandise for short, medium and long-term sales opportunities.
We have a particular strength in innovative and emerging categories and develop products and partnerships that compliment our ability to leverage significant media profile for products and brands we represent.
The group enjoys supply relationships with the majority of the UK’s major quality retail groups including national multiples, department store groups, specialist chains and independent retailers. We also supply to retail and distribution organisations in mainland Europe, USA and Japan.
Re:creation is a product and brand led company. We are quickly able to grasp the vision of brand owners on whose behalf we distribute products and are able to articulate that vision into marketing and sales programmes.
We aim to deliver comprehensive retail penetration in key
retail markets, but we do this in tandem with marketing and
brand building initiatives, recognising that distribution
partnerships that can deliver sales results are essential
but not in themselves enough. Our key strength is in protecting
and building brand value as an integral part of distribution
strategy and our retail customers benefit from products that
are well supported with effective consumer marketing activities.
